Steers Cold Food

I was so disappointed with the service recieved at Steers Viking. On 02/06/2021 I placed an order online for 17h30 collection, After placing the order I got confirmation that the order is recieved and then I got another notification that order is prepared, I wait now for order ready for collection I don't recieve it then I drive to steers to pick up the order first thing I get is next time I order food I must write collection time I tell the lady I did and I was waiting for Confirmation ready for collectionis COVID third wave I don't want to be out for long exposing myself then she tells me the food has been waiting over an hour I left with so cold food worse the chips she didn't even offer me warm chips just gave cold food like that during loadshedding I had eat that cold food as I had already paid for it online I couldn't even leave there then I get home to start the chat on the app hoping to get some assistance with the matter guess until now I haven't got the response from Steers
