Steers Chilli lane incorrect order and a Highly disrespectful and Insulting Manager - Mary

Steers Chilli lane delivered an incorrect order, wrong sized chips and a missing buddy cool drink. We placed the order via Uber eats, the delivery guy said he was not given cool drink at the store as part of the order. I asked the Uber driver to take back the order so we can receive the correct one but he denied and said he couldn’t because he had other orders, which is understandable.So I called the store and spoke to the manager Mary, she was very rude and insulting even took it as far as saying I want a FREE drink. I spent 15 minutes on the phone speaking to Mary who kept on saying the order is correct when I also have a receipt on my Uber eats and a witness - the driver. I have never been so disrespected for being right. I am very upset and suggests Steers Chilli lane changes management, Mary is highly disrespectful and does not even listen to the customer. We even checked the receipts on what she sent and prices and what I have on my receipt and it did not reconcile. I am very upset.
