Steers chicken not cooked properly!

I got the quarter chicken with chips not once but twice and the chicken was not properly cooked on both occasions in the past two weeks. First time I let it slide because such things happen however it happened again yesterday in a space of two weeks. I had to throw it away again. I don't want to get sick for eating half cooked chicken.
