Steers Chatsworth plaza (terrible service)

Very disappointed in your services.

I had to wait for almost an hour for the food to arrive whilst i reside a few blocks from your shop and could see quite a few of your bikes coming in and going from my house.

I phoned the shop to check on progress and why the delay and could not get help,whoever the ladies who received my calls were very rude,unhelpful and told me it wasn't too long to wait for my food.

Food arrived after a very good 1 hr of waiting and i do have proof of that,food wasn't up to standard but since i waited soo long i had no choice but to consume it.Driver didn't even have a receipt of the food i had purchased.

Next day i phoned the shop requesting a manager to give me feedback on my complaints but up to today no 1 has has made an effort to contact me,i called everyday of that week leaving my details but up to now no one has cared to call. I'm greatly disappointed in the timeframe of your delivery,quality of your food and service. I'm very sorry but i wouldn't recommend your shop or Steers as a whole because of my terrible experience.
