Steers Ceres

I placed my order online and also paid for it and scheduled it for 18:30. I waited until 18:30. I tried phoning them with the phone just ringing. I tried multiple times. Past 7 i tried again and the phones did not even ring. Got email and sms saying they received my order! Now 19:44 with NO DELIVERY THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR NOTHING!!!!!
