Steers Centurion Lifestyle Centre.

I phoned Steers Centurion Lifestyle Centre at 18h00 to place a order for delivery. An hour and half has past yet no food delivered. I phoned the branch to find out where the delivery is. The branch manager told me that the order had bounced.

My question is how can the order bounce when it is placed over the phone without them not noticing that it has bounced to confirm the order?

This is not first time that I have received this horrible service from this particular branch. You would say that it is my fault for placing a order with them even though I had a bad experience previously. Yet you want to give them a second chance.

My advise to all of you stay away from Steers SA because they do not care about their consumers complaints or brand.
