steers carnival mall- digusting service from front lady and no gloves used by staff handling food

The steers at Carnival mall - close to KFC I have no idea who the franchise owner is for this outlet - but whoever he is he needs to train his people working for him 1) they are not using gloves when handling food , which is not hygenic considering they working with food. Kind of basic logic but its not been done. 2) secondly the front lady who is taking the orders has no customer s**** at all , she is rude and when people sit and choose to ear there , there should be steel cutlery given not plastic forks and knives.

because of this treatment i never want to even spend my money at that specific steers. that franchise owner should not expect to be there long - no customer service, no proper training given to the staff and hygiene training that franchise will close sooner than later
