Steers Canal Walk ****** me.

I bought a wacky wednesday at Steer Canal Walk today. The first burger I had, the pattie was hard. Due to my curiosity, I ended up opening the second burger just to see the pattie. To my surprise, the pattie is burnt and not fresh. This is unacceptable.
