Steers Canal Walk

I visited the steers in canal walk, and I've encountered on numerous occasions now that there service is really poor, I just stood at the front of the line for about 10 minutes and and got no service, then when I asked one of the staff members why I'm not being served, she told me "there she's serving", so I waited some more and still no service, then I found that the staff member was actually the manager, so I spoke to her and told her there service was very good and that there dismissive attitude is very unprofessional, she just said " we're only 3" again with a very dismissive attitude, soI just placed my order and when I got it that wasn't great either, really would not recommend this store to anyone else.
