Steers caltex Nova Drive Thru Emalahleni

This was the worst service ever.

I ordered the special - Mo'Mjojo Sharing meal and I received only 1 burger patty on each burger.

Bear in mind the store was empty and the cashier confirmed my online order. I opted for collection and still had to wait 15 minutes for our burgers.

Got home and it was a small or medium chips with those small burgers.

2nd time that i ordered this meal from this drive through and today i was so disappointed. We chose that drive thru, a long way from our home, because we knew we would better service as it is quieter.

If I had the energy to go back I would. But we were tired and hungry and it was not worth the petrol driving again.

It was like the staff today just did not want to work anymore. They were just all standing around, loud music and not one tried to smile.

So disgusted. Will I go there again, hell no, will I recommend people there - a big NO.

So disappointed at the standards.
