Steers burnt horrible food

We ordered a sharing meal from Steers Lifestyle Crossing on Friday 22May 2020. It was ordered through Ubereats. When the meal was delivered it was cold and further to that it was disgusting. It was burnt and dry and kinda smelly. Only 1 of the 4 burgers purchased was eaten and the rest had to be thrown into the bin. I feel chated as we paid for something that was so bad and was basically a waste of money. Steers needs to take responsibility as Ubereats says thats not in their control.
