Steers Broad Street

I ordered a meal yesterday for delivery from Steers in Dr Yusuf Dadoo central Durban and waited 1 hour and 43 minutes before they could call and tell me the order is on the way. I then cancelled the order and went there thinking the service would be better but it was appalling. I ordered and waited another 45minutes whilst the staff was having their own conversation even the manager was busy with stories. I'm disappointed and disgusted by the service I received
