Steers Brackenhurst may as well be closed during lockdown.

Firstly let me say I never write reviews on bad service as I understand things happen but when there is NO service, it becomes a problem. I called Steers Brackenhurst and placed an order this was as 17:50 and was told my order would take 35-60 minutes. A little long but I do understand we on lockdown and they could be busy, the problem comes when it is 15:50 the next day and I still don't have my order or even an explanation as to what has happened. I tried to call Steers at 18:30 last night and no reply.
