Steers Brackenfell Boulevard delivery stinks.

Very poor on delivery. What is the point of allowing time to be delivered option if its going to be late? An hour after placing my order to Steers Brackenfell, which is literally 2 km away from me, I phoned in to ask when the delivery which was meant to be here already was being sent. I was assured the driver should be here within 10 minutes. Guess what? I'm still waiting. More than an hour for a delivery around the corner equals pathetic. I could've cooked a proper meal in less time. Shame on you Steers Brackenfell Boulevard.
