Steers Brackencity substandard food and rude manager

I ordered four burgers online, and when the food arrived the chips were burnt. I called the store to let them know that that chips were burnt. I spoke to Blessing who was so rude to me and told me all the chips are like that because of the potatoes they used. I have always ordered from them the past 10 years, and not even once have I gotten these kind of 'potatoes'. Blessing was so rude and even said I can come to the store to see that all the chips come out burnt. I asked him if it was the potatoes, why was one packet of the four chip normal. He didn't answer me, and he continued being rude to me.
