Steers Brackencity is PATHETIC!!

Steers Brackencity is the most *********** steers with the worst service delivery ever. I have placed an order for delivery at 11h48 on Sunday 20 October via the Steers App. After an hour with no delivery I contacted the branch. It took about 5 tries before anyone eventually answered. When I asked about my order they said it will be delivered shortly. It has now been nearly 2 hours and still NO DELIVERY. I have paid for a service in advance with no service actually being delivered. This is also not my first second or third problem with this branch. Absolutely pathetic service.
