Steers Bracken City Appalling service

Steers Bracken City. I have never received such poor service. After buying the Wacky Wednesday as per usual, I get home to discover that there are no tomatoes in the burgers… I assume it’s a mistake and call the store to let them know. Thando takes the call and tells me that the menu has changed and it’s not their responsibility to inform customers that there are changes to the meals. I’m appalled by the poor service I received from the girl who clearly knows nothing about customer service.
