Steers Botshabelo Mall

On 16 May 2026 at 12:24 I ordered burgers from Steers Botshabelo Mall and they were supposed to be delivered to our home. The order was delivered around 17:00. Imagine waiting that long while having to deal with a rude manager that doesn't know how to speak to clients nor apologize and take accountability. She later said we should not pay for the burgers and she will sort that out however while that was a way to help with the service failure, it doesn't change the bad experience plus her lack of customer service skills.
