Steers Boksburg Square - Terrible Service to say the least!!!!

I ordered a Steers on Wednesday at 17:30 online, at 19:30 i phoned the steers i ordered from, they said the food will be there in 20 min - needless to say its already been 2 hours. we waited for another 45 min and tried to phone again. they could not answer the phone due to high call volumes - said the recorded message. i went on to try and cancel the order online...... but no such option. i lodge all the complaints i could possible online, most of the answers i got was call the store you ordered from..... and as you can see that was not possible. i then said that i wanted to cancel my order and i need a full refund for this. I got told that they will respond to my complaint within 24 hours. i am writing this as i have had no response and yesterday when i tried to contact the store, they yet again did not answer. on Wednesday evening i had to get into the car and buy food at 21:15 from another take away place. When i arrived back home 10 min after the Steers delivery arrived and i send them back saying i want to cancel the order I see on the online app it said it was delivered - We did not take the food!!!!!

my order number was ***4 - the total of the order was R314.80 including delivery. R299.80 without delivery and the store i ordered from was Steers Boksburg Square - the contact number for them that was supp**** was ***

This is terrible to say the least!!!!! i will never buy steers again!!!!!
