Steers Blue Hills chips under done

I bought a meal at Steers in Blue Hills Midrand, it got delivered via Mr Delivery, then I realised my chips are were under done. I called them and told them about the chips. I had to wait 15min for the manager to call me back, i ended up calling again and I waited for 5min on the line still no manager ( Im using my resouces to communicate) and one of the employees told me they'll send a driver to bring my chips. Fast foward 1hour 30min still no chips

This is very disappointing because I love steers chips.
