Steers Blouberg Disrespectfully Male Manager Mr Mories

Good day I have a problem with the way the manager of steers in blouberg treat his staff / employees .Mr mories accuse a woman called Nandipha for *****ing money from the store and suspended her for days then when he finally realized that She did not ***** from them he called her to the office and apologize then after he was very rude to her he didn’t even let her speak he said that she must decide whether she wants her job back or she can go because he already have her replacement and he said she was being an Ass when she asked questions to him .There as Voice note of the conversation that is speculating on the social media that is enough evidence Mr Mories doesn’t respect his employees and that is not how to treat people .
