Steers Beyerspark and their "wet" Ice creams!!!

What an awful experience at Steers Beyerspark. We dont always eat out or order things and see a simple dipped cone as a family as a little treat. Its about the 4th or 5th time at Steers Beyerspark that we have been beyond let down where the people just shrug their shoulders telling us the "ice cream is still wet" the last few times its actually been sour. This time I decided to complain. Not only did we wait almost 25 min, there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION as the lady behind us got explosivelu upset as we werent helped and didn't move as they said we had to wait The service is beyond terrible and the manager Zinhle is terrible. She had some attitude. Its always sorry but never really fixing the problem. Why cant they communicate and even just have proper Ice cream... why is it always "wet". The manager and staff should seriouslu get training on how to communicate with customers. I must be honest that Steers prices dont match the quality of their products. This has been a terrible experience and I'd love to see if the owner of the steers in Beyerspark will reach out and explain to me whats happening. This is appauling and the staff isnt helpful at all.
