Steers Benmore gardens has the worst manager

The manager at the benmore gardens branch is rude and unprofessional. I ordered on their app, it’s been over an hour and it still hasn’t arrived. She isn’t useful and keeps telling me to wait. She also refuses to give me a refund. I’m opening a case of theft. I do not recommend at all.
