Steers Belfast *****ing Delivery Guys' Tips.
Steers, Belfast eMakhazeni, why don't you pay the tip I pay for the deliver guy to him? The manager states that the tips go to the maintenance of the motorcycle. Why do we have to pay delivery costs then?
