Steers Bedford Centre

The service was beyond shocking , the staff there had no sense of care. We ordered @ 20.03 by 20;29 we had not received our order , not once did any of the staff there ask or explained regarding our order. I asked how long the order takes I was told 10 - 15 minutes(at this point the time had lapsed). The lady working at the till was very dismissive and while I was waiting for feedback on our order she had a full conversation with a Fish away lady. Another client waiting for their order wasn't happy with the services and she completely ignored them and continued to cash up. This is not impressive and unacceptable. I firmly believe in good customer service and that brunch had 0
