Steers Beaufort West - shocking standards & service!!

Shocking standards & service. Cancelled our order of 2 x Wacky Wednesday’s & chips after waiting almost an hour. A gourmet meal at a sit down restaurant doesn’t take that long!! We experienced a new definition of “fast food” at this branch.

No aircons, filthy floors, more flies than a ******* dump and apathetic staff that pour and drink cool drinks while staring smugly at waiting & frustrated customers?! So glad I cancelled this order…

This is a lame excuse for a Steers branch and actually an embarrassment of your brand and the image you are portraying in this town.

Will not support nor recommend this branch to any & all. Shame on this pathetic branch and shame on you Steers for allowing this branch to deteriorate to this level.

As a matter of interest, Steers website invites feedback but it’s impossible to lodge a complaint? Probably due to the volume of complaints coming through on how much your standards and service have deteriorated over the last few years…. I’ve experienced better standards and service at a flea market.
