Steers Bayside Fail!!

I ordered some burgers from Steers in Bayside mall, Cape town.First off, I ordered the Sharing meal 2 which included 4 burgers with 2 medium chips.I had no sauce on my burgers, one gherkin and a small slice of tomato.The chips tasted like it had been deep fried in Fish oil, very very old fish oil. Everytime I go to that steers branch, It just gets worse.

I decided not to complain about it on any social media page but to rather take it on with the staff there. I addressed them last time and they didn't take anything serious.So know, I am here. Complaining about my bun and patty.
