STEERS BAD SERVICE

I am writing to to raise an issue about:

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a meal over the phone for R40 they took the order for delivery, 30 minutes later they call me and say that the amount is to low I must order above R50 and R15 for delivery, I agreed and they made a new order for delivery I waited 40 minutes the food never came, then I called and cashier said she must ask the driver to take it then she said the driver say the amount is too low, I than drove there and the cashier neither supervisor apologized or even gave a explanation why they did not call me to tell me instead of MAKING me wait for food that was never going to come at 8.30 In the evening.. WHY DID THEY NOT INFORM ME
