Steers bad service
I placed an order at the steers branch in Grahammstown on 121 High Street. I placed the order at 19:46. Firstly they made me wait long before answering the and taking my order. I then placed my order for 2 caramel Fudge cup super swirls. I waited 45 minutes for my order which is ridiculous. Then when i got my order as i opened the packet the cups that the swirls were in were laying open and the ice cream was spill't all in the packet. The rest of the ice cream that was in the cup was running and soft showing that it was open for a long time. I would like to be compensated immediately and given my money back as well because that was really **** service and i do not appreciate it at all. I would like to hear a response from steers manager immediately because service like this will not be tolerated. I am awaiting your response.
