Steers BAD FOOD - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Neither *** nor *** or *** has bothered to provide feedback on my complaint directed to them since 12 June regarding the utterly disgusting quality and expensive ribs purchased at Steers in Century City Mall Cape Town. Famousbrands even responded to the other 2 email addresses instructing them to respond to me but nothing has happened to date. Why bother having an email address at all if this is how you treat your paying clients by ripping them off with the pathetic quality of food!
