Steers - Bad customer and delivering service.

I ordered R400 food from steers in greenfields at 18h29. I only received my food at 19h45. I phoned them at 19h36 to ask if they still coming. The lady said that they very busy and my order just left. I understood and did not have a problem. When i received my food, it was ice cold. Where was my food all this time, could not have just left if its ice cold. Food tasted really bad after microwaving it... I phoned today, to try and sort it descretly. The lady just said it wont happen again, then she starts rambling in Xhosa, i thought she was explaining my situation to the manager. She said she left a message with the GM. ???????? Cant believe its such an issue to try and rectify the MISTAKE they made.. obviously not really worried about there customer service. The last time they see me. I support them on a regular basis. Debonairs also under the same management. Tough. Ill rather drive to another place from now on.
