Steers at Total Energies Ermelo sucks!!!

Was driving from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg earlier today 29/06/2025 decided to grab a quick meal at Steers Total Energies Ermelo, 132 Kerk St, Ermelo, 2351 around 6:30-7pm. I ordered a quarter leg and chips, patiently waited for my order which took about 15-20min but since I was looking forward to the meal, I didn't mind. When my order came out I decided I was going to sit there and eat, I started eating the chips first and to my disappointment, when I opened the paper bag my meat was supposed to be in, I found just 1 breast peace, cut in half. I went to the lady at the counter and asked her if this was a quarter leg, and she told me that quarter leg pieces were finished and that "they decided" to put in the breast for me, I then asked her why she didn't advise me before I made the payment that the piece I ordered was finished but she couldn't give me an answer she just stared at me, the so called manager just pretended to not notice and so did the rest of the stuff who pretended to not hear anything but I could tell that everyone in that ****** shop was in on this, I simply left their ******* chicken on the counter and left. I then realized that they mostly serve long distance customers and they deliberately do such knowing that those customers can't go back to complain. I really found this kind of service pathetic and extremely poor. That Steers branch really needs to train their stuff to do better. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST !!!!!!!
