Steers at fochville (president square)
What a disgusting customer experience we received from steers at fochville(president square) including the so called manager..at 1st we were given an incorrect order of which we didn't say anything about it and the 2nd order was worse,we ordered cheese chips at 16:02 and got them at 16:40 after complaining and they reason was coz they have a special as if it's the 1st time they have Wednesday special and I don't know how is that any of our business as customers. One of the cashier by the name of Thabo K was even laughing which is very disrespecting am not sure if he did this coz we black what and the manager for some reason didn't have a name tag on. The cashier and the manager refused to cancel the order and refund us.
