STEERS AT CARNIVAL MALL

I would hereby like to state that I have always been a huge fan of Steers. However, due to the utter disrespect and lack of service from the Steers at Carnival mall, my opininion of the once great franchise has been drastically alterred. Two wednesdays in a row I did not receive my order as requested and to top it of on the one occasion I was even given less food than paid for. Imagine haveing to explain to your little brother why he can't have a burger because the franchise is closed now and the didn't give the right ammount of burgers. Steers have once again proven to me tonight that it is always about the sale and not about the customer. I sincerely miss the days where franchises had the vision to realise that customer service increases total sales. The more satisfied the client the more they will visit your franchise and to top it off provide you with the most powerfull marketing tool available. WORD OF MOUTH
