Steers are *******!!!!

On the 27th of July, I placed 2 orders on the Steers App, the app took my money out of my account but then timed out, I received smses stating that I will receive my refund within 5 working days. I am still waiting for my refunds after nearly a month and after phoning and emailing, I get no response. Steers are a bunch of *******.
