Steers app bombed, I paid twice and now cannot get my money back

Placed an order using their app for delivery on a Sunday night. During payment, after having entered banks otp, the app hung. I hit the 'back' key and resubmitted the transaction. I entered the next otp and the deal was done, ie the transaction completed. Get a phone call, the app is wrong, Elspark branch don't deliver on Sunday. All good, go and collect our order. Later in the week, I check my statement and both payment went through.

I want my money back and Steers are being difficult. There is a payment of almost R200.00 in their account, I've emailed details as they appear on my statement. Every query I log get magically resolved without anything being done. They want me to drop off a bank statement which I refuse to do.

I also don't care which company does what. I ordered from Steers, I paid Steers Steers must give my money back.
