Steers app and Steers Pinecrest

We ordered online via the Steers app from Steers Pinecrest. They delivered the order an hour later and it was ice cold and the order was incorrect as well. Asked for a refund via the app and they stated that they do not do refunds we have to try and contact the store itself and try to get a refund from them. How is that even an answer?
