Steers and Vodacom Vouchers - a waste of time and money. Bad service

I bought steers vouchers on the Vodacom app in January and the voucher numbers never worked. Contacted Vodacom several times with no help and Judy Chetty contacted me from Vodacom on the 27th of January and she said the vouchers are working but when I got to steers it still have the same error. I sent Steers an email and I never got any response until today.
