Steers and fish aways mid way mews. Terrible.

On the 4th of June I ordered a King steer burger Meal from steers an a Hake an calamari an rice from fish aways mid way mews. The order arrived 1 hour after placing the order. The food was ice cold, the chips was stale. The fish an calamari was cold and wasn't crispy. I had to call the call centre a few times to check where my order was, was **** to that the driver is with me but he was on his way back to the store. The service an food was terrible. It's not cheap buying take outs an when we spend we expect value for our money.
