Steers Amalinda

I had the worse experience at steers Amalinda East London this evening, I was purchasing with a voucher their system had a problem, besides me showing that the money went through because it did not show on their side I had to make another voucher of which I did still same thing happened, they ended up realizing it's their system that has a problem gave me my food but now there was already a payment that went through, I was told to do a follow up in 24 hours, one of the employees was trying to assist with this problem, the manager was there couldn't care less, no apology nothing
