Steers abd their rude behavior and employees

I ordered a normal cheese burger and I was charged extra for a slice of cheese at Maponya Mall. I asked the waiter and she rudely told the people at the back to remove the cheese and gave my money back. Shouldn’t a normal cheese burger have cheese and the charge already be in it? It’s a cheese burger but I’m paying for the cheese slice? It doesn’t make sense. The employee was so rude and didn’t even care to hear my concern, instead cancelled my order. The waiter was Noluthando Radebe at Maponya Mall. Can I get assistance on this please?
