STEERS 3 RIVERS, WORST SERVICE EVER!

We ordered and PAID online from Steers 3 Rivers. We ordered at 19h00. At 20h00, our meal had not arrived, a FULL HOUR LATER. When we phoned to ask what happened with our order, the place had already closed. We were NEVER informed that our order was not coming. We DID NOT receive our food. We did NOT receive a refund. This is also not the first time this has happened. The service is appalling!
