Steer steak burger continuous dissaster. Every time.

Ordered a steak burger to be rare to medium at glen marias steers. Got burger and found it well done. Up to two months ago I got my burgers as ordered but the last two months no matter how much I request rare to medium I get dry well done. It’s disgusting
