Steer Dainfern- terrible management

Steers Dainfern- Mike is the manager. I placed an order for delivery, they said it would take 40 minutes to deliver. I love 3 Km’s away and it’s been an hour I have not recieved my food. I called- Mile the manager starts to shout at me asking me “what must he do, the driver is out on the road with my order, he cannot control the driver” Is his job not to manage staff? Is managing staff not a role and responsibility for a manager of a fast food franchise? He further goes on to says it’s the driver that is a problem and it’s not him. He then hangs up on me.

Is this the quality of people that run a place? I can think of a thousand other people that are more valuable and more hungry for this job than he is. @SteersDainfern you are losing your customers this way
