Steer Clear of Steers

We went into the Monument Steers in Anthos Centre , Monument Krugersdorp , there is a promotion running with the Wacky Wed deal ..we qualified for various meal add ons. went in to purchase burgers with the additional "promoted deals" well ,, the service is so shocking .. no-one knows what or how to redeem this , the so called manager has NO people s****s , we were left waiting for ages , eventually walked out.. Complained to head office , still waiting for "reply" Steers need to get some serious training
