Steer Bracken city

This evening I placed an order at 19:09. By 19:50 it had still not arrived, I called multiple times to find out where my meal was and when I will get it and they were not very helpful. Eventually my husband contacted them and they insisted that our order should have arrived by 19:35 and they were working on getting it to us. By 20:15 we had still heard nothing back and contacted them again. We were assured that the driver was on his way and would arrive within 5 minutes. It is now 22:12 and I still have not received the order and have already paid for it. Their service is shocking. So this evening my husband and I went to bed without eating dinner. I am beyond infuriated at their ****py service and work ethic. I have not even been able to get in touch with them about getting a refund. I am furious. I would highly recommend that no orders be placed at steers Bracken city.
