I went to Steers at Engen on Tuesday night. The cashier charged me twice, and promised that the manager would call me the next day to reverse the transaction. No one called so I went in again. The same thing happened and still no call. I went in for the third time now asking for my money back, and once again was told I could not be helped at the moment. I was told to come in at 9am on Monday, however this does not suit me. No one seems to be willing to give me my money back and I believe that Steers is thus *****ing from me.
