Stay away from steers westville mall

I orders food on the steers app and after 2 30 min later I try to call the shop to find out what is going on that do not ans there phones so I go there and wen I get there thay say that my order as ready but it's been in the shop now waiten to get deliverd for 1 30 min so the shop manager if u want to call him that with a attached say i must pay for my order and take it wen he brings my order to me its ice cold so i till him i cant pay for cold food he say then dont take it i ask for a new hot order he told me if i dont like it cold then i will not get my order he will not make a new one how can i spend R300 for cold food that's steers westville mall i will never buy eney thing from that shop this is not the first time i have had problems with this show
