stale,off food and bad customer service

we ordered 8 boxes of wacky Wednesday,,upon recieval of our orders,the burgers just didn't taste right as we normally order them every Wednesday.,,afterwards we called steers pan africa and we spoke to Tinyiko who then transferred us to the store manager Mlungisi if we not mistaken,at first he had promised that he was going to refund us but now,he told slindile who was on the call with him that we were full that's why we returned the burgers.the beef burgers had a sharp taste ,i actually have a heartburn as we speak,slindile has a painfull stomach .the chicken ones were totally off .we are really disamused and dissapointed at the fact that the food was off ,secondly the fact that a whole store manager is telling us that we were full...... regular customer ?guess as per him we e\wre not suppossed to eat or taste them
