Stale and skimpy from Steers Rivonia
Mediocre standards are dropping even more at the Steers Rivonia branch - got terribly stale rolls for the second time in a row (completely falling apart at the slightest touch), they did not put any lettuce, tomato or gherkin pickle in the Prince veggie burger, the edge of the soy patty was overcooked and very hard (inedible), my small pack of chips was almost half the portion size than usual, and we got only one serviette for 3 burgers. Chips from this branch are unfortunately always too oily. Aren't there minimum franchise standards enforced against each store?? (Also, if only Steers and the other Famous Brands franchises would stop using toxic MSG in their seasoning salt, that would be great)
